When this restaurant was open you were looking at a very special Italian restaurant indeed. They served some of the best, authentic cuisine in London and Amaretto became hugely popular. Located in Fitzrovia should have been one of your first choices. They are a very warm, friendly restaurant with a real sense of Italy about it with its very traditional, stylish decor. It is the perfect venue for the seasoned fine diner. You will find they provide a lovely ambiance and the crowd of diners are very affluent - mostly a mixture of city professionals, trendy locals and rich tourists. Each dish is a visual masterpiece and the menu is diverse and very innovative. You can taste the freshness of the flavours and their ingredients in each dish. Their location is wonderful, especially for businessmen staying in nearby hotels. You do not have to travel far to visit their restaurant.

Their service has always been reviewed as very friendly and efficient; with great attention, care and detail given to each diner. The mains are sized very well, so many people opt to get a light starter, if they have aspirations to enjoy the lovely range of desserts on offer. However if you have a very big appetite you will feel so at home at Amaretto. They have a wonderful wine list so you will find the perfect bottle of wine to accompany your meal. Priced reasonably for fine dining in central London. So if you are looking for a nice new place to eat, where the atmosphere is lovely - choose them.
