Amaya is a lovely restaurant in Knightsbridge (SW1) serving some of the best modern Indian cuisine in London. It is a very trendy establishment. The interior is spectacular, presenting a trendy romantic atmosphere. Furnished with the finest Rosewood, a wonderful dark granite flooring you can see the chefs at work on their griddle and tandoor. Light fresh, vibrant flavours, bite sized marvels, full of flavour. The table settings are awe inspiring; it is like attending a royal banquet and their cuisines is certainly fit for royalty.

Amaya has wonderful signature dishes that makes it worth travelling into Knightsbridge to taste their wonders. You have to try their salads. Their lettuce cups are filled with green papaya and shredded mango; which refreshes the palate with style. Carefully skewered lamb is just juicy and bursting with flavours. Paprika soaked chicken, bursting with succulent flair, is just wonderful. A perfect place to have a work party or simply go out as a group of friends to. The ambience is excellent and the service is efficient and very friendly.
