At the time porn stars would have shrugged off those questions and never given it a second thought. However now with how the industry and on a personal level their careers are looking; it is an avenue that many will entertain. This has a knock on effect to porn stars who are losing out in revenue.

They discussed her views on the subject and there was a very interesting insight which she gave on the subject. She says that becoming an escort is a good way to have an alternative income. Especially when porn stars incomes have been hit by various issues. The whole stigma of escorting has lessened over the years. Being a porn star means that they have that fame that can use to attract clients and also set high escort rates. It is said some top adult film stars can charge thousands of dollars per escort date. So from a stage where it was unheard of for escorts to enter in the world of escorting; it is believed the vast majority are now part of that market.

With a porn industry that many insiders are saying is on a vast decline, could this see the surge of even more porn stars going into the word of escorting? Also if this happens will this put a strain on the current VIP escorts who now have to compete with top adult entertainers, taking up the limelight? Could an average escort compete with a porn star? These are all things that have to be considered. This could be a massive shift with shapes and changes the escort market forever.
